Pretty unusual frame that. The extra tubes and geometry make it look like a carrera subway zero. But its steel?

And it has a U-brake on the back but canti stud on the front?

It's a GT Arette. My guess is late 90's. made from steel. no idea what exactly but i think it is some species of Tange. It has 700c wheels. Yes very odd to have canti studs on front with U on back. Those bars, stem and levers are actually amateur porn and cost me nearly 70 of the 100 bucks.

no it's not for me. It's very small, even with 700c wheels. my knees hit the bars.

Ed the frame is much much much nicer than whatever that is.
