I really like this Ed, looking at this built up it seems a shame that someone would want to throw it away.

You say that all your long term bikes were Red what about the Bob Jackson wasn't that white?

Currenty, my touring bike is postman red, the moulton a dark red and the ulitity bike an oxide red.

The only bike that not red is the BMW of which is naked and have red bits.

To be fair it would take a lots of work to sort out the bike, but because I work in a bike shop, I got all the tools, mechanic helps and get stuff at trade price, the total for the bike is £168 which is pretty good for a brand new bike beside the frame, headset, saddle and brakes.

Maybe I should paint it red to secure it's future.
