Are you trying to put a Shimano lockring on a Campag freehub?

Nah, it says Campa on the lockring and a Shimano is quite a bit smaller, right?
Just spoke to previous owner, who as well rode with a Gusset converter and he had no problems, so I guess it's just the lockring I've got with it..
Went to the lbs to try and test it with a regular one, but they didn't have any laying around. Wut?

^^ very nice work! like the levers as they are... white keirin grips on the bars instead of bartape I dare suggest? pedals: the shimano (or copy) concave parallellogram type bmx pedals maybe?

That's why those bmx pedals aren't really what I'm looking for either..
