    stump up and get a decent salon to do it for you.
    not nearly as painful as some would have you believe and the resulting improvements to your post training self-massage (no crude comments please) are great. decent massage over smooth legs and some good stretching really does allebviate muscle soreness after heavy training. it seems to work a more lactate out of your muscles than stretching and a spin-ey recovery ride.
