this weight loss thing is a doddle. woke up this morning had a massive piss and weighed myself sans clothes. 80kg. 2.5 kg lighter than i was last night. unless i shrank in the night as well that means i'm now considered "normal". job done. *dusts off hands. *leaves thread forever.
