Front 20 spoke, radial lacing. 650g.
Rear 16 3x DS, 8 1x NDS (needs 32 hole hub, with 24 hole rim). 800g.
That may not be the lightest wheelset for your money. But the spoke pattern, and the increased spoke tension allowed by the alu reinforcement, should give a seriously stiff wheelset. The 50mm profile and the bladed spokes should make them pretty aero, and the enhanced braking surface will allow you to decend quicker.
Its what I would have done if budget had allowed.
