So I'm 5'4, just under 8 stone and generally quite petite, however, over the last year I seem to have grown a bit of a tum and despite cycling most days and eating pretty healthily it just will not go away.
My mum basically told me to HTFU and do 100 sit-ups every night but I feel like that will only solidify my belly into one concave muscle...will someone please tell me there's another way?
Optimise your exercise by adding high calorie burning stuff like running. Then replace high calorie foods with high fibre foods.
