  • So I'm 5'4, just under 8 stone and generally quite petite, however, over the last year I seem to have grown a bit of a tum and despite cycling most days and eating pretty healthily it just will not go away.

    My mum basically told me to HTFU and do 100 sit-ups every night but I feel like that will only solidify my belly into one concave muscle...will someone please tell me there's another way?
