    I also said worry about the helmets later; so they can decided whether they need one or not after cycle training.

    I hate to says it but in all seriousness, have you had cycle training H?

    At work, when a customer asked if they need a helmets, I always said the exact same thing; it's entirely up to them, if they feel they needed one, fine, if not, no problem.

    if pressed further, I'd recommend cycle training if they're worried about riding on the road.

    it's such a shame that my shop ditch their cycle training scheme (not enough money in it) as it would've been great to encourage customer to try out cycle training (originally free with new bike).

    (Charlie, I've had customer who think helmet is standard here, an alarming number of them).
