3 of the people in my 8 week training are on this all protein diet. I joined them last week for the 3 day body shock - its hard to do. I was going crazy by day three desperate for veg. I lost 1.5kgs - - not that amazing but we'll see another 2 weeks for training = more of the diet. if thousands of french do it, it cant be that bad right?

I think that most of the weight lost through the start is water. But yeah your right once you hit the final stages as long as you have at least one protein day you'll be fine.
I found that when I was doing the protein stages though I would get bad cramps after long cycling, like very bad cramps. Have you found this to be the case at all?
