The lock you listed is a good option, but not idea in London (the £19.99 one), I use that for my singlespeed in Copenhagen, it's still outside Osterport waiting for me to pop round again.
perhaps one should clarified that the lock listed here in this topic are merely for London and other cities that got hit hard by cycle thieves, places where Nowhere Fast live tend to have a very low crime rate to not required such heavy lock.
