  • Weight is now stable around the 77kg mark, which is annoying in a way but I guess shows that I'm building muscle, as my waist continues to get smaller.

    However- my six-pack is insufficiently defined, this is a disgrace!

    You may not lose any more weight as the muscle gain starts replacing the fat lost. (not necessarily from the same places I might add)

    77kg seems adequate for your height and build.
