  • Learn not to always eat when your hungry, I honestly think that 80% of the time when people are hungry a drink will do. Even if it's just a cup of tea to take your mind off food.

    Eat less, drink more water try and increase your cycling milage a couple of days a week to start off with.

    Maybe say Tuesday after work you'll cycle the long way home then the same on Thursday, then on the weekend try and get a good distance going on as well.

    Eat as normal and you'll lose weight.
