I just wish i lived a bit further from work, riding in is almost pointless. I might even set up the turbo trainer (shudder) in the cellar and get 20/30mins in before work each day. Going out on the bike would take too long to be worth it really.
The main problem is that I lack resolve, I can plan to get out on the bike in the evening but then something will come up at work and I lose the motivation to get out because i'm half-an-hour later getting home. Same with food, I'll take a nice apple/banana into work for a snack and then somebody takes a butty order and i'm having a bacon & sausage sandwich.
Hoping the food tracker will help me stay focused. Cheers for the help everyone.
