Maybe we can have a nap on the beach, then head off and try to find a fry-up on the way home? I remember people waiting in the queue for 45 mins at the beach for a fry-up at the cafe there and it was pretty disappointing-looking.
Sounds good to me buddy. My sister will be coming along this year and her partner (who I cycled to France with) so to be honest I'm more along for the experience than beating a record time or anything. Kind of like Audax training.
I might take a carradice saddle bag so I don't take panniers that I'll fill for the sake of it, at least then I'll still have some room for layers/snacks.
