Just push through it. Up your gearing by at least 20", make sure your pedalstroke is erratic and 'snatchy', never let your cadence get above 70rpm, and drop your saddle by 6".
If you follow this advice, and make sure you keep your knees exposed during the winter, it'll clear up quickly, and stay healthy.
