  • I then did too many bench press reps, and could'nt lift the bar off myself (usual training partner was visiting UK). Had to roll it down my body to get out.

    Ha ha for this reason a only use dumbells. BMI is rubbish, 6'6" 120 kg = well into the obese range. Eating hard to limit weight loss to max 5kg over the rugby season.
