Polo: Teams Proposal

...Everyone who was at the pub this evening would like to stress that this won't change how we play polo in Brum. We'll still play throw-ins on Wednesdays and Sundays, and the people who aren't in teams will get to play just as many games as before...

The teams are for tournaments. This will allow the members understand each others play and tactics, which we never got to do as black stabbath.
A couple of team games each week will improve team skills.

I would encourage the others to form tournament teams too.
This method (as opposed to seeding) means we now have 3+ teams in brum that could realistically go to tournaments instead of 2.
