Time Atac Pedals

Anybody got an opinion on what the Z or Z Control models are like to use in normal shoes? I quite fancy something where I can jump on for a quick ride (wa-hey) in trainers or such-like and I already have Aliums on my other bike.

I use time Z's. Good for finding the pedal, but shit for riding in trainers, the spring sticks out too much.

Speaking of which, i just snapped the spring on one side of my left pedal after ~6months use, anyone know where to order the spring and tools from in the uk? The only one i could find online was a US site
