Just bought a 36h Sputnik for my SRAM hub gear... Was talking to Josh about the possibility of putting together a super cheapo gear changing system using a long barrel adjuster right down near the hub (or something)... The idea being that you run your 3-speed as a 2-speed, polo gear and a +33% gear... Sound feasible? Not ideal but would reduce cable clutter and seems like a pleasingly ghetto solution...
