3 hours 57 from entry to wound cleaning and off home. no garmin log so I can't tell you what the average speed was, but suffice it to say that it was a little below usual. I mumbled something about aiming for a sub hour next time, depending on legs.
Massive thanks to the 6pt support vehicle and crew tonight, I was all over the place but have made it home thanks to the favours and time of others.
