Cracking bike for the money and the welds look very tidy. For what it's worth I'm a shade under 5ft 11 (32" inseam) and ride a 62cm ti frame. For the doubters a 59cm c-t/57 top tube should fit even 5ft 9 if you can be bothered to set the bike up properly! You'll actually be able to get a more upright 'city' position very easily indeed if one wished.
The obsession with having half a mile of seatpost out appears to mangle people's idea of what fits & what doesn't!
