I'd quip about late Rollapaluza training, but surely you won't actually be there?

I already do 30 sec sprints as part of normal training - just want rollers for cadence work as they're more useful and much more enjoyable to ride than a turbo trainer.

I was planning on racing on the 28th so wasn't going to make it to the Rainbow but who knows...

Yeah I have one, just come grab it. Im in moseley. If you bring your wheel etc, I can help get the freewheel off too - saves having to bring it back again.

Thought i'd see if i get any interest on here before opening it up to Londoners too, i'm looking to shift my NS Analog frame & fork in order to get something more racey. It's a 2010, in Large. It has a few little marks, but comes with the correct (NS supplied) touch up paint. I've ridden it no more than a handful of times, and realised that for what i use it for, it's a bit much.

The RRP on the frame is £299, or Winstanleys sell them for £225. I'm after £200 for both frame, fork and headset.

Rigida Vela (nice looking aero rim) On no-name hub used but good condition, with pretty much brand new 23c Schwalbe blizzard tyre. Wheel runs fairly true, no nipples seized, bearings okay but could be replaced to get it running super smooth. Shimano skewer.

I was planning to use this on mine but bought a matching set on the cheap instead - Just want it out the garage now.

Depending on what size and cond you're after - Ade at Sprockett has a frame, it's quite big ( 60 ) and needs 27" wheels but it's cheap!

Does anyone have a geared bike I can borrow to teach on whilst I re-build mine? Don't have the time to do it atm and have shitloads of teaching work in the next three months. Obviously won't need the bike for three months but whatever. I'm about a 54 but doesn't need to be perfect, will mainly be riding in the playground/quiet roads! Can sort you out with some free tickets to stuff or do some kind of skills trade or whatever...
