Thursday Night - Hour of Power

That was class. I have attached the Garmin record from the ride, the laps are all up the creek because I was too fcked to keep a track of pressing it at the right time.

I just set mine to auto-lap at the start point; hit one button as I roll through the lights on the first lap, then leave it to do its thing for the rest. Simples :)
