  • call and explain you are not happy, and that you want a replacement....

  • I've sent a couple of emails, but I bet they are closed till Tuesday now..... I've really had my bonfire pissed on..... I was going to wear it for a nice ride tomorrow.....

  • It took them 2 returns, and 2 weeks to actually get me an undamaged jersey, so I'm not surprised.
It really does seem their quality has plummeted across the board.

  • They need to get on top of this, because this thread has been peppered with bad news for a while.

  • Where is

    then?

  • South of France, same place as the raphia.

  • And to top it off, an unrelated package also arrived today while I was out....I bit the bullet and ordered some honey brooks bar tape for the Hetchins and the chaps sent me normal brown.....

I've had a couple of beers now and am going to hit the old fart sack and hope tomorrow is better....

  • You might want to edit ^ if your after a replacement / refund.

  • Why? I bought a jersey, it had a fault, I sent it back, it was returned fucked.

    Have I missed something?

  • You call them c*nts.

    :)

  • You call them c*nts.

    :)

    Ah..... Beer talking.....

It was a different set of chaps though, with the brown brooks....... Not rapha :

  • Am amazed they are still selling at these prices. I think there is more cash about than people make out.

  • They need to get on top of this, because this thread has been peppered with bad news for a while.

I'm sure they're aware of the thread but, just in case they weren't, I pointed them in this direction when I complained.

  • They're definitely aware of it.

  • The Raphia are always watching.

    Waiting.

  • Users who have made negative comments will be banned from further sample sales.

  • Anyone here got one of the v-neck baselayers? They seem reasonably priced given that a lot of other similar things from other brands cost about the same.

  • The base layers are good.

The cream ones are too translucent to wear without something on top.

Really worth getting a bundle of them, though as ever best value is in the sales.

  • Yeah, if I do get them, I'll definitely get the bundle. What about sizing...if I take a medium jersey, I assume I can go down to a small base layer, perhaps even an extra small?

  • Just a quick update on this, as I believe credit, where credit is due........The kind chaps at Rapha have agreed to send me another jersey FOC and allowed me to keep my faulty one.......The guy I spoke to at customer services couldn't have been more apologetic....nice one Rapha!

I am really glad, as I love the jersey, but wanted it 'right'.......

    That's all

  • Arrived today with a couple of little freebies too..... Very happy with the level of customer service from both the guys I spoke with on the phone, as well as the guy who I corresponded with via email.....
Good job rapha ( even if you're not watching!!)

  • Great service and product, but really pricey ...

  • Rapha is lovely kit.. But of recent it appears that there's been a lot of problems with quality which should not be so given the price.. The stitching on the shoulder of Mrs Brave's lovely ladies winter jersey has started to come undone... I have no doubt that Rapha will replace/repair but it's an inconvenience. It's great having fantastic customer service but it's far better not to have to send defective kit back at all isn't it??

Are they starting to lose focus as they grow...?

On another front Mrs Brave brought my attention to the new ladies jerseys.. Blurgh... I thought the men's lime green jersey was bad..

  • rapha trousers - sizing. honest or optimistic? I always found my 32 fixed shorts/ 3/4s a little tight until I've shed the winter weight.

  • Winter clearance sale. Get some.
