Im not trying to muscle in on thar plans already made, I just wasn't sure where to post this. I read yesterday that they are shutting the roads in central London from 4am. Could be worth an early morning blast?

Could be risky, as the reason for the early shut down, is for heightened security checks, clamping and inspecting drains, and other potential threats.

Not sure how well the Security Services would react to a squad of fixxie skidders, and the actual area being closed off is quite small.
