In the Times on Saturday there was a hard core 2 week regime that David Cameron's personal trainer uses to get models and actors into shape quickly.
If anyone wants a quick way of loosing weight and toning up it looked pretty good. Bear in mind it is quite hard core and involves not drinking alcohol, but only a slight dietary change.
