  • I don't think it's good for me to measure my weight loss. Instead I have decided to go for body fat percentage and general body shape. I only managed 4 games this season, out with knee injury from May to January then after 4 games I broke my wrist. I put it down to being generally out of condition.

    I have been back on the bike everyday for the last 3 weeks (at least half an hour a day) and since last thursday I have been going to the gym for half an hour before work (just round the corner from work, £15 a month and have a shower in work). we'll see how this goes. Touch rugby should start soon, that's at least 1h30min of running/sprinting/general tomfoolery every Monday and Wednesday night.

    if I can start next season at 100kgs, fitter, stronger and not made of glass I will be a very happy man
