Ironic. As this doesn't make you sound too nice.

For a bike that is so obviously trying to be aero, why has it got period correct downtube shifters and why isn't the valve hole covered? The period correct stem and period correct forks look wrong too.
So, if you knew anything about the history of TT bikes, your objection would be a couple of square inches of sticky tape?
-
• #16805
Is it not against UCI regs to have the TT bars at that angle, or is it something like the horns and the bars have to be parallel?
-
• #16806
Extensions are supposed to be horizontal under UCI regulations, although it's a characteristically poorly drafted regulation. CTT regulations just say your wrists can't be lower than your elbows. Not sure whether ITU have any specific rules about the angle.

She's not obnoxious or a cunt as far as I can tell.
Of course she isn't. You don't get very far in professional cycling if you are obnoxious. People with poor attitudes don't generally possess the physical and mental capacity to perform consistently at world level.
That's my excuse anyway.

The price is certainly a joke, above typical new price for an Airwing OS and a pair of QS2 levers.

I'm sure she is very nice, I just think she looks like she wouldn't be.
I know, I know, don't judge a book by it's cover and all that.
I dunno, maybe I feel threatened by her or something because she could quite clearly pown me at almost anything physical. -

I've always thought Willier are only high-end road bikes.
The Willier Pista is a pretty decent bike at the time;

Not exactly much wrong with that Wilier. Manky pedals and stupidly chopped bars but the rest is pretty good.

So, if you knew anything about the history of TT bikes, your objection would be a couple of square inches of sticky tape?
I admit that I know bugger all about TT other than that it stands for Top Trumps.
I just think that the shifters would mess up the aerodynamics and the forks look wrong (to my modern eyes). If my only valid objection is the lack of a couple of square inches of sticky tape, so be it.
I do like the front brake behind the fork though. I have wondered why that isn't the standard position for them on all bikes. I've also seen bikes with the rear brake mounted on the chain stay rather than the seat stay and that looks very clean. -

limits the steering, no?

it will look clean for about a day, then it'll be full of road muck

Manky pedals
Shimano DX are far from manky, they are very fine pedals.
For BMX, 4x, DS and DH.
Oh..

Cervelo frame used as single speed 1 brake only with risers. Seen at LMNF last night.
Rear mech left on to keep the chain in place.
No idea why the photos are upside down here when they open the other way up on my computer.
I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope someone nicked their derailers, so they replaced the bars until they get replaced. Here's hoping.
