Yes, that's the same saddle. The gear mechs, crankset, pedals, seatpost, and front rim aren't the same as in the before photo. They're the new (old) bits. The bars and chain are also new, but are like for like replacements for what was there originally. Everything else has simply been cleaned up or, in the case of the wheels, rebuilt. When I got it, it had a Huret Allvit derailleur, but as it has braze-ons and a gear hanger for Cyclo Benelux parts, what I've put on it is probably more like it was when it left the shop (which, incidentally, is still in business).
