Anyway, I've seen some frames like that from shipping, the seller should be
held responsible for shitty packaging, if from ebay open a dispute, either ebay or Paypal
will cover anything you'll claim up to £2000. Simples.

I got a bike with a bent/cracked drop-out refunded by my courier.
Was pretty obvious on outside as well that they didn't exactly handled it with care though.
