FSA Wing Pros*. I was going to go all out super-bling and get some FSA plasmas, but with the Deda Servizio Corse stem this way works out about 10 (claimed) grams heavier, 400 quid cheaper and still lovely and stiff. In theory. Because I haven't ridden it, I can't comment.
*I initially hated the way they looked, but Scherrit put some on my road bike and after probably >1000 miles now, I'm rather happy with the way they work. So continuing the theme.
