lots. We kept a pretty decent train last night but the swapovers were a bit random. We gave that geared guy some respite on the back before he dragged us for most of a lap.

Was a good ride last night and nice meeting people, I thought the group worked well together, maybe a plan could be for second in line to move through rather than wait for the person on the front to swing over - would that make it less random?
