I said I have a Hamster, and I meant business.
Here it is, Joe the Hamster.
One of my mates got Joe for his GF and she didn't like it.
Poor fella needed a home. Well, he eats Pastel de Nata for breakfast now.
Happy days.
After acting a bit weird for the last 3 days we decided to get Joe to the Vet.
I could feel something wasn't right, specially his movements were quite conditioned
and I started feeling a lump under his paw. The vet confirmed today, there's a 99%
chance of it being a tumor, and taking from how fast it appeared it should be serious.
There's not much we can do, we've only had him for 3 weeks and it's tearing us apart..
Quite sad today.. only hope he's not in pain but the Vet did tell us to consider bringing him
back to, well... .
Tumors apparently are quite common in Hamsters due to the how they inbreed, and being such a small animal it is quite difficult to be sure or to treat it at all.
I'm sorry to bring back my shitty news..
Fucking gutted.
