i am soooo up for most improved... i have been off my bike for 6 weeks with fucked shoulder...

on the commute home, i was actually thinking... i have not lost it too much... when on a slight incline a woman on a huge hybrid with panniers overtook me! i managed to cane in and catch up with her and spoke to her at the next lights, thinking she must be an off duty athlete or something.

it was an electric assisted bike :-) phew!!!
