I had a pair of these, rode in them twice (TWICE!) and they went at the crotch.
Avoid.Which went? Stitching or denim? Cheers

Their sizes are 'American' so you would normally go down one size from your 'normal' pair, as I found out when I tried on a pair at Condor. -

To those asking about crotch wear; surley you should be looking at teh type of saddle you use before worries of the jean type.
The stripped SLR for me had been good as it is a pretty smotth surface
-
• #415
but doesnt the padding make it *comfortable... *Or are you saying that cause its uncomfortable you'd rather walk and therefore save your crotch area?
-
• #416
i tend to find padding on saddles decreases comfort as it tends to grip clothing and cause more chafing

• #417
My carbon saddle will disagree with you there James... No way will i ride 10 miles on that Hipster surf board.

Who said Howies Jeans? Fool - they have the worst cut of any of my jeans for cycling - I am almost in tears everytime I have to do even the shortest ride in them. Howies are shit shit shit.

Howies used to make a jean specifically for riding in, not the water resistant ones. They were slim fit and a little bit stretchy thanks to some added lycra (?) in with the cotton. They were jet black. I got a pair and can safely say they are the comfiest jeans to ride in. But it looks like they don't make them any more. Shame.

CB can't even fit in T Shirts, lycra would be a bit of a stretch.
