If you were thinking of rocking up and riding...
We are not professional events organisers, we're not looking to make a career out of this, we are bike riding folk like you with real jobs and bills to pay putting in our own time trying to make a good day out on the bike and a few quid to charity into the bargain. We've had to decide on a number we think is manageable and one thats not going to incur the wrath of the public at large or cops. We also want to make life pleasant in the pub afterwards and on the ride itself. Its nice being a victim of your own success but in we're acutely aware it could all go wrong...so please pretty please if the cobblemonster contacts you this week and says you can have a place of a rider thats dropped out all good; if not then we hope to see you next year.
