  • rest? hmmm. seeing as i haven't really done any distance training at all this year i'm not really in a position to be resting...

    i'll probably just do the usual 90 minutes of intervals at masters on thursday and leave it at that, then i've got friday off to recuperate and i'll do the swimathon on saturday afternoon. i'm not going for any records this year. the tri's are my main focus at the moment so i'm just aiming to get though it with the minimum pain. i have a feeling i'll be quicker in the 15m pool than the last three years in a 30m anyway. with a big kick off and streamline you get a third of every length free!
