Scoot, you'd fit the missus' bike better (48.5cm ST 54TT) as she's the same height as you.
Toe overlap occur because of the short top tube which bring the wheel closer to the pedal - it's inevitable really.
Try and removed the outer chainring though, you might find it annoying when your trouser get ripped against the teeths, or god forbid your skin...
