it would be funny if (as some people believe they are) you were only invisible when you closed your eyes. then, no one could see you but you couldn't see where you were going either. you'd just be this vague shuffling, swearing presence with bruised shins appearing every few metres to rub your eyes and get your bearings.

But your eyelids would become invisible so you would be able to see.
