By training gear of 86" what do you mean? You do the whole session on 86"?
We warm up on 81" then depending on what type of effort we do and when the gear for the effort will be between 88-100"
I raced on 92" for your usual non windy outdoor track race - scratch/points/devil so you really want to be training on your race gear.
