Just thought I'd add my own info to the short people thread. I'm 5'3 (nearly 5'4) and ride a frame with a 50cm ctc top and seat tube, and 700c wheels. I get some toe overlap which is annoying sometimes but like smaryka I'm used to it.
I thought I wouldn't be able to fit a 50cm frame but I can stand flatfooted over it fine...however my best friend is exactly the same height as me and has to stand on tiptoes, so it depends on the length of your legs I guess!
