We send engineers to Saudi.
Airport>taxi>compound>work(for one to two weeks)>taxi>airport.
The engineers never leave the compound, so the security risk is extremely low.
However we do have to make it clear to the engineer that if he chooses to leave the compound then we're not paying the ransom.
