    1. 2011 Calendar of MCR Events
    2. New players recruitment
    3. Winter arrangements inc. Winter Throwin League
    4. Xmas/NY Open Tournament at Levenshulme
    5. Fundraising/grants - how and why/merchandise - LBS and others sponsorship
    6. Youth/schools links
    7. Courts - where/when we play - gaining official recognition
    8. Coaching/training
    9. Communications - web/FB/Twitter etc.
    10. 'Roaming Polo' - linking with other regions on a regular basis


    well that's a good start, tbh i don't think i ever saw this list, i think one of the problems doing everthing on the forum is unless you regualarly check the Manchester sub forum for new threads it's very easy to have no idea something is being discussed that you need to comment on.. i know thats what i find....

    anyway... guess we just need to work out what we want the MHBPA to actually be there for and then allocate some easily manageble tasks to people..

    I think we need to make what we are trying to achieve really straightforward for everyone to understand and the organisation accessible, i think the concept of forming an "Association" sounds more daunting than just having a list a "to do's" and i don't think it needs to be more complex than that.....

    i'm happy to chat about what we want to acheive whenever is convenient, but perhaps a sunday or saturday afternoon would be best....?
