You are correct. The Krypto Mini is secure, but not recommended as equivalent to the locks that are actually in the list. The ABUS Granit X 54 is a special case, as its 13mm side measurement gives diameter through its bar of closer to 15mm. A round bar will be 13mm throughout.
Everybody wants a lighter, smaller lock that is as strong as the bigger, heavier ones. Physics wins I'm afraid.
