Went for a run last night for the first time since last August. 10k. All the screws in my left leg ache like bejasus, and my calves are a bit tight. Otherwise mostly OK.
It's amazing how something so aerobically unchallenging (wasn't going too fast) can create such discomfort the next day.
Think I might try and do a run a week for a bit and see if things improve.
