i would like to add the sidas custom footbeds that are available at sigmasport in kingston and cyclefit.
i had a set made for my sidis yesterday by sigma, i normally use BG footbeds (sigma sell those too) but the sidis are a closer fit, insoles are very rudimentary so offer little in the way of arch support and do not not have room for the thicker BG insole and wedges.
sigma also supply cleat wedges. this will enable me to remove one of the wedges from inside the shoe. fitting takes about an hour as your feet are measured and you have to stand on a flexible pad that takes on your foot shape for the insoles to be formed in, they then have to be heated, molded into shape then cooled and trimmed to fit the shoes.
have only ridden home from the shop but initial thoughts are very comfortable with full support of the arch. the BG footbeds are good but these are definately worth the extra.
9/10 for customer service and the product itself. (dropped one point for not offering me a coffee)
