  • just did first run of week two, only walked three times, and felt good about it, hoping by the time I get to last run of week three I'll be able to run the whole 3.5k without stopping.
    Calves still ache, but not as much, and not over as large an area, and the running still felt a bit up and down, and towards the end it felt like I was just dragging my feet along, but all in all, kinda happy.

    weird but when I run I don't seem to think at all, about anything, suppose I'm concentrating so much on getting to my next walking point, that my mind switches itself off...
