Could be frames made by a builder and badged up for shops, teams etc perhaps?
Cilo is Swiss, mines only Cromor not SLX tubing tho you lucky thing. Looks shocklingly similar, is your tt cable routing internal? Mine is but my gf has another Cilo(again with an almost identical paintjob) in aelle with external routing.
