The answer to your question is No. PayPal seem very good in this regard despite their certain draconian policies. However we await PayPal being hacked. It's only a matter of time.

The online store of Ribble Cycles was also repeatedly hacked around two years ago (2009) in a similar fashion. Even then a tell tale sign of "hackings" were loading of mobile phone top-up charges.
